The Wednesday, November 24, 2021, Climate Justice Forum radio program, produced by regional, climate activist collective Wild Idaho Rising Tide (WIRT), features news and reflections about the national indigenous Day of Mourning and Wampanoag tribe truth-sharing about Thanksgiving, U.S. Navy nuclear submarine waste trains on Northwest rails, suspension of liquefied natural gas railroad transport rules, a closed tar sands pipeline, its expansion, and a refinery in flooded British Columbia, commemoration of recently deceased radical attorney and activist Larry Hildes, air and water pollution permit hearings on a proposed Nevada lithium mine, a federal court decision on a Michigan Line 5 shutdown order, and First Nation gas pipeline blockades, police raids and arrests, and international solidarity demonstrations.  Broadcast for almost ten years on progressive, volunteer, community station KRFP Radio Free Moscow, every Wednesday between 1:30 and 3 pm Pacific time, on-air at 90.3 FM and online, the show describes continent-wide, grassroots, frontline resistance to fossil fuel projects, the root causes of climate change, thanks to generous, anonymous listeners who adopted program host Helen Yost as their KRFP DJ.
