The Wednesday, June 15, 2022, Climate Justice Forum radio program, produced by regional, climate activist collective Wild Idaho Rising Tide (WIRT), features news, music, and reflections on two weekends of annual WIRT celebrations, fossil fuels privilege and colonized gratitude, a north Idaho megaload, attempted but arrested white nationalist riot at a queer community gathering, and an upcoming pride festival, history, updates, and donation requests for Highway 95 expansion legal challenges, support for a drowned Spokane activist relative and indigenous canoe journeys on regional rivers, climate changed northern Rockies June snow and floods that closed Yellowstone National Park, southern Idaho train yard derailments, and British Columbia gas pipeline resistance and police violence against First Nations.  Broadcast for ten years on progressive, volunteer, community station KRFP Radio Free Moscow, every Wednesday between 1:30 and 3 pm Pacific time, on-air at 90.3 FM and online, the show describes continent-wide, grassroots, frontline resistance to fossil fuel projects, the root causes of climate change, thanks to generous, anonymous listeners who adopted program host Helen Yost as their KRFP DJ.
