The Wednesday, September 6, 2017 Climate Justice Forum radio program, produced by regional, climate activist collective Wild Idaho Rising Tide, features a KRFP report and interview of Steve Ullrich of the Paradise Ridge Defense Coalition, about a federal lawsuit challenging the eastern alignment and expansion of U.S. Highway 95 south of Moscow.  We also cover news about the Montana Rail Link coal train wreck near Heron, a regionally seen, meteorite fireball, hazardous, Northwest air conditions and evacuations from record wildfires, two abandoned, Grays Harbor, oil-by-rail terminal proposals, and water protector actions against Enbridge’s Line 3 tar sands pipeline construction in Wisconsin.  Broadcast for five and a half years on progressive, volunteer, community station KRFP Radio Free Moscow, every Wednesday between 1:30 and 3 pm Pacific time, on-air at 90.3 FM and online, the show describes continent-wide, community resistance to fossil fuel projects, thanks to the generous, anonymous listener who adopted program host Helen Yost as her KRFP DJ.
