The Monday, February 17, Climate Justice Forum radio program hosted by Wild Idaho Rising Tide (WIRT) features Oregon megaload and coal export opponent and activist Peter Goodman of Act on Climate.  With Walla Walla Chief Yellow Bird, Carl Sampson, Peter filed a Petition for Review of Agency Order against the Oregon Department of Transportation on Tuesday, February 11, in Marion County Circuit Court in Salem.
